"We're finally out of boxes, and not a day goes by when Deb doesn't say out loud how much she loves the house and the neighborhood.  Your patience and first-hand knowledge of the westside's available properties and historical values, not to mention the personal relationships you have with so many of the sellers, brokers, lender, escrow agents, and title reps we met over the course of our fourteen month home-buying odyssey were something we came to rely on.
